Greens & Tees

1. Incorporate into soil prior to seeding: 12-12-20 + 1% Iron Natural Green® (Item No. 2081500) at 400 lbs. /acre.  Contains Milorganite®, D. A. P., MOP and SOP.
2. Water as described below.
3. After grass greens up:  14-14-14 + 0.8% Iron (Item No. 2014500) at 7 lbs. /1000 sq. ft. per application.  Apply for 8 weeks, discontinue for 2-3 weeks, and then continue normal program.  Contains Milorganite®, Urea, Monammonium Phosphate and Potassium Sulfate.
4. Fungicide:

Start 2-3 weeks after seeding:

1. Consyst®, Propiconazole Pro®, or Echo® weekly or bi-weekly – plus
2. Alliette® Signature
3. Mowing: 2-3 weeks after turf establishment.

6)  Topdress: On a 7 to 14 day schedule.

3-4 weeks after grass comes up as long as there is no chance of spreader damage.

 

Fairways

1. Incorporate into soil prior to seeding: 12-12-20 + 1% Iron Natural Green® (Item No. 2081500) at 400 lbs. /acre.
2. Water as described below.
3. After grass greens up (2-3 weeks after seeding) 16-8-16 + 0.9% Iron (Item No. 2018600) at 245 lbs. /acre biweekly.  Apply for 6 applications then wait 2-3 weeks and start normal fertilizer program.

 

Roughs – Semi Irrigated

1. Incorporated into soil prior to seeding 12-12-20 + 1% Iron Natural Green® (Item No. 2081500) at 400 lbs. /acre.
2. Water as described below.
3. 16-8-8 + 1% Iron (Item No. 20180000) at 245 lbs. /acre monthly.

 

WATERING NOTES – For best results, maximize seed-to-soil contract and keep area moist for 4-6 weeks.  Watering frequency can be reduced with the use of mulch; however, it may not be unusual to water 3-5 times per day.  Seed that has been allowed to dry for as little as 5 hours can be lost.  Continue watering program until second mowing, at which time turf can be maintained at regular fertilization and moving schedule.
