Spring Valley Weed and Feed to be Sold at All Mills Fleet Farm Stores

 

JACKSON, Wis. – Spring Valley, an industry leader in high-quality lawn care products, today announced the launch of the company’s first retail product in all Mills Fleet Farm Stores. Spring Valley Weed and Feed fertilizer integrates the latest advancements in nutrient technologies to provide consumers with greener, thicker turf all while protecting the environment.

Spring Valley Attends PrimeraTurf Annual Meeting & Trade Show

Spring Valley was well represented at the PrimeraTurf annual meeting and trade show held July 12-14 in the greater Minneapolis, MN area. As both a member and charter supplier Spring Valley has had major involvement with the cooperative since its inception.

Spring Valley Launches Improved Website

On April 1, 2011 Spring Valley introduced their new website as the first step in a process that will lead to enhanced networking capabilities with customers and industry partners. The new site features improved graphics and a clean interface to help the user find the information they need. Additionally, the site redesign serves as a platform for enhanced functionality in the future. Soon customers will have specific product and order information at their finger tips, as well as a number of interactive tools ranging from application guides to order entry.

Regain® Added to Fertilizer Line-up

Beginning with the Fall of 2010 Spring Valley added their branded stabilized nitrogen fertilizer Regain® to their array of product options. Regain® adds the ability to provide a highly cost effective option to protect applied nitrogen. This means that you can use less total product, yet have more nitrogen available for plant uptake. Meanwhile, the lower application and better utilization by the turf insures that less product is wasted to volatilization into the atmosphere or leaching through the soil.

Turf Fair Sees Growth

Jackson, Wisconsin – Milwaukee's Miller Park served as host to the 2010 Spring Valley Turf Fair this March 4th. The biennial event sponsored by Spring Valley aims to gather green industry professionals to inform, educate, and socialize amongst local industry leaders. Excellent weather conditions helped draw record attendance to the event this year. Well over 300 people attended the event that included seminars, a trade show, and Miller Park tours.

Family owned and operated Spring Valley celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The company, headquartered in Jackson, WI, was incorporated in 1960.
