About the Role

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair of all Spring Valley equipment.
What you'll do:
-Preventative maintenance and repairs on engines, motors, hydraulics, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
-Troubleshooting malfunctions by observing mechanical devices in operation
-Fabricating repair parts by using machine shop tools and equipment.
-Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
-Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed:
-Able to work under pressure
-Ability to get along and work with co-workers
-Problem solving skills
-Basic computer knowledge
-Previous experience, degree, or knowledge in blueprint reading, schematics, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, engines, maintenance/repair of heavy equipment/machines, etc.
-Ability to lift over 50lbs
-Comfortable using ladders and working at heights up to 90 feet
-Have reliable transportation to get to and from work
2:15pm - 12:45 am Monday - Thursday. Work four 10-hour days and enjoy a 3-day weekend!
Pay & Perks:
Staring between $24-$30/hr starting pay depending on skills and experience!
$1 per hour shift premium for working 2nd shift!
Daily Production Bonus (paid bi-weekly, which averages $2-$3/hour)
